Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for solving organizational information problems and requirements by gathering; analyzing requirements; designing computer input and/or output; recommending system controls and protocols.
  • Provides consultancy to improve the user operations by studying current practices; advising industry best practice; designing modifications.
  • Responsible to develop and recommend test scenarios; test cases to respond to the business requirements and operations.
  • Responsible to identify gaps analysis between the developed solution and the current operations / practices in order to implement the new solution to meet requirements and operational processes.
  • Responsible to implement the developed solution by applying the migration methodology until the developed solution lives in the customer environment successfully.
  • Responsible to identify, investigate and analyze the problem during the system warranty and maintenance to ensure that the implemented systems / solutions are in operation in agreed shapes and performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent engineering or technical disciplines
  • The candidate will be recognizable as a leader, with a working foundation/experience in SDLC based Business Analyst.  He/she should have an intimate understanding of SDLC processes, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of stakeholders
  • Experience in a Java development environment with a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion framework is preferred
  • Saving Cooperatives or Banking and financial services experience preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in a web-based software development environment preferred
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success
  • Excellent knowledge and background in the requirement definition, design, construction, and testing of software applications, services, and processes
  • Understand project management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to recommend the industry best practice to the user operation / functions.
  • Minimum 3 years related development experience, participating in the full-SDLC, Testing, and customer support

Position : Service Coordinator (Level Staff/Senior Staff)

Responsibilities :

  • Handle Customer Service call in and inquiries for service request.
  • Ensure follow up on further attention service calls.
  • Close call, data entry and work orders in the Service Desk System for completed jobs.
  • Receiving equipment claim from repair service and dispatch to Engineer to check and repair
  • Handling RMA return and receiving with Supplier, Freight Forwarder
  • Update RMA details against Customer faulty equipment and Spare equipment
  • Coordinate and arrange for Training class schedule and Materials
  • To be able to assist in trouble shooting on minor machine problems will be advantage.
  • Weekly /Monthly Service report summary on Spare Inventory, Service call SLA, RMA status, Training
  • Manage and Control Spare Inventory for Service and Demo or POC test
  • Process administrative documents such as Expenditure Claim, time sheet or Service sheet
  • Liaise with Service Supervisor /Manager on service related matters whenever necessary

Qualifications :

  • Age 25-30 years
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, General Management , Computer Science or other related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT, Computer, Networking Business
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Help Desk, Customer Service, Service Coordinator /Support or related filed
